| My wife and I moved here from Akron Ohio two years ago. We are buying a home in the Belwood Estates area of Fairfield AL. Y
Our home is valued at $169,000.00 and we probably only owe about $62,000.00 now.
We are interested in finding a comparable (same price range) ONE STORY ranch style home, COVERED PATIO PORCH overlooking the water, home, 3 BR, 2 bath, 2 car garage on a small creek area, a small pond area, or small reservoir that has EXCELLENT CRAPPIE and BREAM fishing. Integrated neighborhood of about 60% white and 40% black is preferred. It should be in a comparable price range. It should be perhaps no more than one hour from the Fairfield area.
We are looking to move no later than the spring of 2008, sooner if a suitable home is found AND contingent on the sale of our home on Greenbriar Road, Fairfield AL 35064.
